Ilana Lezama-Beausejour, LMSW
Ilana “Lani” Lezama-Beausejour is a devoted wife, mother, daughter, Pastor, podcast host, and social worker whose greatest desire is to live a life that reflects God’s heart. Answering the call of God at the age of 18, she has walked faithfully in her purpose, serving as a vessel of healing, hope, and restoration to those she encounters. A graduate of Nyack College with a Bachelor’s in Sociology and Theology and Fordham University with a Master’s in Social Work, Ilana beautifully bridges faith and professional practice to meet both the spiritual and emotional needs of others.
Throughout her career, she has served in diverse settings, from providing therapeutic support to children in the child welfare system and equipping foster parents, to advocating for youth in the juvenile justice system. She also pioneered a trauma-informed mental wellness program in New York City that helped young people process pain and embrace healing. Today, she continues to pour into others helping organizations strengthen their services and individuals grow in wholeness.
As the host of Healing Every S.O.U.L., Ilana creates a sacred space for real and transparent conversations about faith, healing, and walking with God. Through her podcast, speaking engagements, and faith-centered interventions, she creates safe, transformative spaces where individuals can grow, heal, and step into the fullness of who God has called them to be. Her deepest desire is to see every person experience wholeness: mentally, emotionally, and spiritually and walk boldly in their purpose. Her mission is simple yet profound: to be a beacon of light, guiding others toward transformation, through the love and wisdom of Christ.
